Paceline Construction was founded in 1987 by Brian Gitt. Frederick C. Kraai joined the same year as a full partner for the successful completion of The Clocktower project in Warwick, N.Y. The partners' extensive experience in construction carried them through steady growth in school, library, medical, industrial, recreational and hospital projects in Orange and Sussex Counties.
